Alexander 'Dr Xand' van Tulleken is a British doctor and TV presenter. Along with his identical twin brother, Christoffer 'Dr Chris' van Tulleken, they are best known for presenting the children's TV series "Operation Ouch!" and have hosted a range of programmes on issues such as diet, binge drinking and health.
