For fear of rejection, Betty lives in isolation at home, in a reality constructed with miniature figurines—one of whom she has developed a relationship with. After meeting a woman she can’t forget, Betty faces a difficult decision: continue her private life at home with her miniature boyfriend, or venture into the outside world and risk rejection in pursuit of a genuine, vulnerable connection with a stranger.

Lee understands that a cultural movement as massive and diverse as dance music can't be contained.

In this short animation, the archetypal hero takes a journey through seven stages: birth, childhood, mission, labyrinth, monster, battle and death/rebirth. Through purely abstract, moving images, the corresponding emotional states are conveyed: calm, love, joy, surprise, fear, anger/hate, and death/rebirth leading again to calm. The cycles continue until the stars burn out and there is nothing left.
