An animated episode film made up of a series of 15-minute stories, each set in a different European country, and in each of which the mother, both parents or the child meet a tragic end.

Animation feature ostensibly about the adventures and romance of two Interpol agents, called upon to investigate a sensational art theft. At the same time, the film pokes fun at the contemporary art world - in particular Joseph Beuys's statement that 'everybody is an artist'.

A pair of twin artists stumble upon a tiny doll’s dress, which they want to showcase on a grand scale. After all, this little dress bears a direct resemblance to the fairy tale »The Emperor’s New Clothes«, in which the emperor was actually wearing clothes after all! Unfortunately, the story is repeatedly misrepresented because ordinary people, like peasants and such, are simply too stupid to recognise transparent clothing. Of course.

Lola is on the withdrawal of love. To satisfy the complaint, she cuts the throat of her bird, puts the bloodied body in the freezer and abused sexually the vacuum cleaners.

A shipwrecked African comes in the care of the uniformed mermaid "Germine Identity Card", which is guarding the sea in the wooden observation post. The decadent, irresponsible border officer takes the African with a military aircraft to the nearby island in a refugee camp. There he is disinfected and flushed with other refugees and other waste back to sea, allegedly to Europe.

The Contr-contras are the very last of the ancients and true inhabitants of Gdansk. They are a perfect cross-breed of Germans and Slavonians: slim, beautiful, powerful, and tall (up to 5 metres). Because their species has been safeguarded, they live in a zoo. The Contr-contra couple, Rita and Stan, have a baby. From the beginning, the child causes trouble. In the end, it turns out to be an ambassador of the devil and persuades its parents, Rita and Stan, to take drugs. After having beaten them up, the child gives its parents to Brother Lucifer.
