The life story of Prince Siddhartha Gautama, who later became known as Shakyamuni Buddha (the Buddha), from the time of his birth until he entered Nirvana.

A certain inhabitant of Lailonia named Tat, very much wants to become a famous man. He ponders for a long time what to do, especially since there are people more famous than him in all fields of science, culture and art. He comes to the conclusion that he can become famous by doing the worst thing in the world. However, he wins only temporary applause from the crowd or exposes himself to ridicule. Finally, he comes to the conclusion that he will gain fame by becoming the least famous man in the world. This is what he does. Soon everyone forgets about him and Tat achieves his goal.

Beautifully textured and painterly, it treats and manipulates photographic material to remarkable effect.

A parable about the human pursuit of the absolute, which often takes the form of a brutal rat race, inspired by Jacek Gaj's copperplate engraving Ladders. Its characters climb higher and higher, trying to reach a colorful mirage that appears from time to time. The goal will never be achieved, as successive "ladders" will only allow them to pass the next levels of their journey. What remains is the toil of Sisyphean wandering.

The protagonist of the film is an old man who is hit by several cars while trying to cross a dangerous street. He hardly gets out of it alive, but in a moment he rubs against death again, and more than once.

Following the success of "The Kingdom of the Green Glade" in 1994, the producers created a sequel. The story takes place in the middle of a forest, and the Kingdom is ruled by the wise Queen Bee. The fairy-tale insects resemble human characters in both appearance and character. The story carries an ecological message, due to the fact that the action takes place in a forest.

A picture of a metaphorical relationship between a huge cauldron and its guardian - the stoker called Guzla, who puts fuel into the giant furnace. The coexistence of two forms: technical and organic leads to the interpenetration of worlds.
