Together, Fillmore and Third fight all those who attempt to break the rules at X, all while keeping Jr. Commissioner Vallejo off their backs and trying to please the school's overly-image-conscious Principal Folsom. It was the last series produced by Walt Disney Television Animation alone, without association with Disney Channel.

Bob McKay is the creator of the 1950s comic book superhero "Mad-Dog". When a Senate sub-committee decided such reading material could corrupt young readers, Mad-Dog faded into oblivion, and Bob became a greeting card artist. Years later the American-Canadian Trans-Continental Communications Company buys the rights to the series, and Bob is offered a chance to revive Mad-Dog.

T.J. and The Recess Gang are kidnapped by the Third Street School's kindergartners, who are in turn being bullied by a new kid in their class.

Principal Prickly gets his car stuck in a snowbank and decides it has to be the Recess gang's fault, but the teachers look back and remember all the good times they've had with T.J. and the rest of the gang.

Tom Sawyer and his side-kick Chuck try to earn tokens for a community rec center. But you know Tom, he always has a trick or two up his sleeve.

An angel named Timmy with help of a dog and mouse tries to give a less fortunate Boy and Girl A Teddy bear and doll for Christmas.
