The story begins on a luxury cruise ship in the Caribbean, where Adanalı Samim, who had never taken on responsibilities, settles into a stable life after losing his sister and brother-in-law in a traffic accident. Years later, he lives in the same neighborhood as his fiancée, Ahsen, who left him in Adana. Ali, Samim's friend, thinks he has planned his life after meeting him. However, life happens while you're busy making other plans. Ali tracks down Ahsen, who left him, and finds her in Istanbul. He has only one acquaintance in Istanbul: Samim, his first love, and Ahsen. Gece Gündüz was a police procedural soap produced by the Altıoklar Productions, the main characters are Aslan Aydemir and Kemal. They both work at the Istanbul Organized Crime section of the police force. The series finished on its 33rd episode. The theme song is an edited version of "Gündüz Gece" by Âşık Veysel Şatıroğlu who is also named "Uzun Ince bir Yoldayım" which was a famous Turkish folk music and Veysel was the famous one for this song.

Two famous brothers, Hakan and Ozan's friends Tato died. Two days later, Hakan's wedding was held, but they went to a friend's house to fulfill their last duties.
