Biography
Leopoldo Augusto Fernández Salgado (Jagüey Grande, Cuba, December 26, 1904 - Miami, November 11, 1985), also known as Tres Patines, was a Cuban comedian. He was the creator and performer of the character José Candelario, Tres Patines, from the radio and television show "La Tremenda Corte," which continues to be broadcast to this day on radio, as well as on CD, VHS, and DVD.

When a Spaniard decides to illegally enter La Habana by swimming, two rogues help him to find work in a sugar mill, where the emigrant falls in love with the daughter of the owner of the cane plantation.
