Durgadas Bannerjee was an Indian Bengali film actor. Bannerjee received his early education from South Garia School in South Garia. He then studied art at the Bou Bazar Art School. Bannerjee later received his degree in art from Government College of Art and Craft in Kolkata.

In the meantime, Arun comes to know that Ajay has sold their family property but does not know the reason behind the act. This creates a misunderstanding between the two brothers. However, it is soon cleared and Ajay transfers his wealth to his brother. Arun and Bandana got married.

Omkarananda is arrested and Rupasi goes to meet Bastabesh/Indranath who is attracted to her. Rupasi takes refuge in Birodhananda’s house to avoid Bastabesh’s advances. Birodhananda is interested in getting his son Tribhanga married to Rupasi. Bastabesh goes after Rupasi/Kamala who blinds him. Finally the gods perform their miracle and a repentant Bastabesh is restored his sight and kingdom.
