Jesse Howland is an American film, television, and stage actor, best known for his work in "NCIS," "Battersea," and 2019's "Witnesses." Born and raised in rural North Carolina, he is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts' two-year conservatory program, and he currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
