Panji is a kind young man who runs an orphanage. He met Nadia, a journalist, when Panji tried to help Nadia who wanted to commit suicide. The two of them became close and Panji offered Nadia to stay with him at the orphanage. The story follows Panji's life as a newfound superhero after he crosses paths with Professor Adam who hides his colleague's latest creation from Donclo, an eccentric villain who pursues a bad intention.
A story about the friendship of seven young people consisting of Anna, Tasya, Honey, Bella, Ergi, Ferdy and Vander. Their group is called "Boom ... Fire !!!". Given their name because they like to make explosions and fireworks. Anna here is the only child from a wealthy family. His closest friend in this group is Tasya. To make Mr. Galiman's intentions a success, Uncle Agus (Anwar Fuady) helps find a new mother for Kunti. He approaches Lupus' mother (Tatiek Wardiono) who is a widow, making Lupus' sister, Lulu (Firdha Razak) hate the man. When Lupus calls Kunti's house, it is discovered that Mr. Galiman is looking for a wife with the help of Uncle Agus. It turns out that what Uncle Agus offers to Mr. Galiman is not Lupus' mother, but Lulu. So, Lupus and Kunti try to make everyone aware so that Mr. Galiman's proposal to Lulu does not happen.
The film features the events taking place during the first Semanggi Tragedy, November 13th 1998. Combining fiction and real events, it uses footage from television coverage of the Semanggi shootings. Lanang, a student activist in Atmajaya University, is preparing for a mass scale demonstration at the Parliament Special Session with his friends. Lanang's mother, Mrs. Satya Graha and her friend, Jeng Tri, help the student action by providing logistics. On the same day, Novie, Lanang’s girlfriend is having her birthday. Lanang asks Novie to join the demonstration and after that, they will celebrate Novie’s birthday together. But Novie chooses to have a party at Indri’s house instead. In the afternoon, the Semanggi incident breaks. Lanang is one of the 250 victims of the shootings. Novie tries to find Lanang at the corner of Semanggi, but then she receives a call from Lanang’s friend, telling her that he is in the hospital.
