Carlos Manuel Maldonado

Based on a true story, Jossie is a young Puerto Rican mother, who is a victim of her husband's aggression. She decides to divorce him and leave the circle of violence in which they live. However, her ex-husband's obsessive jealousy and his thirst for revenge will eventually destroy her.

Two love stories intertwine the past and present Puerto Rico. In the first, the only woman in history to be sentenced to death in the island. In the second, an accident completely changes the life of a pianist, who must get used to his new physical situation.
