The head of the Organized Crime and Triad Bureau, Inspector San Lee, will do anything to put triad boss Tung in jail.

Two juveniles get mixed up in a street gang, resulting in the murder of a rival gang leader. A crooked cop pins the murder on the boy, but a detective who knows the truth risks his career to help the kid out.

Police officers John and James investigate the case of Lee, a businessman. They seek help of Suki, a friend who double-crosses them and the two officers regroup after a setback to solve the case.
