Chow Yuk-Ming

Spanning 20 years, from 1990 to 2010, the series tells of three entrepreneurs who founded a company together to achieve the ultimate goal of developing a pollution-free town in Hong Kong. Through the years, they face many struggles, but most particularly, the family vendetta between two of the company founders.

The Gem of Life was a TVB grand production drama, that broadcast between October 2008 and February 2009. The series was specifically filmed to celebrate TVB's 41st Anniversary. The series was filmed in many locations apart from Hong Kong, including Tibet, Taiwan and France.

When Yip Chi-Yan, Lau Chun-Hung, Sung Yee-Long, and Cheng Chun-Hin are brought together again by an accident, their lives change irreversibly. Chi-Yan is a radio host. She and the other three were members of the same band eighteen years ago. The memory of them playing music together comes back vividly to them, and so does the pain they have all tried so hard to bury. Eighteen years ago her boyfriend, Ka-Ming, was killed in a hiking accident. Time flies, but she can never forgive Chun-Hung, Yee-Long, and Chun-Hin for failing to save Ka-Ming. As they reconnect, the four good friends and the people around them are drawn into a vortex of love they have no control over.

Bill, a TV news reporter, tries to make ends meet to support himself, his wife and three daughters in urban Hong Kong. In the mist of the misadventures of Bill and his family, their luck and lives ultimately change when Bill's wife suddenly wins the lottery.

Cheese and Ham are two men with nothing better to do in their lives. Until they meet a man dying of throat cancer who will pay the two men a large sum of money to kill a woman, whom he wants dead. The problem? She is the hottest chick, the two men have ever seen, and they are having a very difficult time trying to kill her.
