Biography
Jason Evans is an Australian-born filmmaker, based in Lenapehoking/New York City. His work is primarily focused on design, fashion, documentary and the arts. His background as a creative director has given him extensive experience working on projects from the initial creative concept right through to post-production. Select clients include: Apple, MoMA, Mercedes-Benz, Shiseido, Xavier Hufkens gallery, the Whitney Museum of American Art, Nowness, Miele, Oakley, Theory, and Uniqlo. In addition to his film-work, Jason is involved in many curatorial and artistic projects. For the past 13 years he has run online arts platform, This Long Century, a unique collection of personal reflections by artists, filmmakers, photographers, and writers, the world over.
