Buffalo Child is a full-blooded Plains Cree Native American. In addition to television, he has also acted on stage. Both of his parents were raised having traditional lives. Buffalo resided with his maternal grandmother who was a well known medicine woman. His father was an American and his mother was Canadian which means Buffalo holds dual citizenship. He has been working as a professional script consultant for both films and television.
