Adem, a young man with savant syndrome, moved to Samsun with his family after the Chornobyl disaster. Due to the cancer caused by the disaster, Adem lost his family, leaving only his sister and niece Melek. After some time, his sister's illness progressed, and she became bedridden. In this situation, his sister made a will asking Adem to take her daughter to her ex-husband Yusuf, whom she had divorced years ago. After his sister's death, Adem takes Melek to Eskişehir to fulfill her final wish. However, Yusuf, who has started a new family, does not want Melek. As a result, Adem decides to take care of his niece.

Nihale, one of the two surviving sisters from the household, allows Gürkan to stay at the house after he introduces himself as a psychologist and convinces them that he has come to help. Gürkan begins investigating the events that have taken place. Before long, he finds himself unwittingly drawn into the extraordinary events unfolding around him and finds himself fighting for survival...
