Rena, a dynamic woman who looks up to Margaret Thatcher, decides to fix the problems she sees around her, in Athens and Greece in general. When the president of state television gives her the opportunity to host a show and express her views, she takes advantage of the offer. She takes to the streets and, with the help of a cameraman, attempts to document the wrongdoings of the country.

A self-assured and extremely rich business entrepreneur who is convinced that money is everything has a chance encounter with a feisty young lawyer who couldn't care less about his financial status. In the end, can money buy love?

A dark atmosphere pervades this film in true noir fashion. So does the feeling that our principals are trapped. They fight their way against economic forces and their status in life, and love might conquer all.

In Cyprus, an EOKA fighter (against the British Administration), Kyriakoulis, is imprisoned by the British. His comrades kidnap the son of a friend of the British Administrator in retaliation. Plans to help Kyriakoulis escape fails and the British hang him. Kyriakoulis mother intervenes magnanimously and the fighters free their prisoner.

She chooses the aspiring painter, against her mother's advice. The couple will have a child, but the man will end up working in construction when he discovers that he suffers from color blindness and therefore cannot paint. With the help of the second man, he reconciles with his father and mother and rebuilds his life from scratch.

The year is 1965. Natasa Arseni visits Dachau, the place where she was found by the Americans at the end of the World War II. She returns to Greece, and during the train ride she recalls those past events. Before the beginning of the Greek-Italian war, she met Orestis . With the German invasion, Orestis, who was an officer in the Greek army, left for the Middle East. She followed him and accompanied him back to occupied Greece on a mission. She was arrested, interrogated and tortured and was finally sentenced to execution.
