Guna is a village labourer in the hinterlands of Maharashtra. Holding a passion for the 'tamasha' theatre shows, he decides to start his own troupe. Instead of the prestigious role of the king he always dreamed of, he ends up having to play a 'nachya', an effeminate, homosexual man. He goes ahead with the decision, which forever changes him and his family, as he ends up torn between his artistic passion and his societal prestige.

Jack, a comical detective is hired by Waliaji to spy on his wife but things go upside down when Jack ends up falling in love with his client's wife.

This is a story of three guys who get duped of crores of rupees in an effort to double money. They somehow reach the suspect, use their smartness, intelligence and trickery to make multiple moves like in chess in an effort to get their money back.

It is the story of a middle class bank employee, Madhav Apte, an ordinary, law-abiding and honest citizen who faces constant frustration with the injustice and corruption that pervades in all walks of his life. The film portrays Apte's mental breakdown as he reaches his breaking point, and his rampage as a vigilante across Mumbai to set things right.
