Biography
Ingeborg Elisabeth Nyberg Roos, née Nyberg (born 13 October 1940 in Sundsvall) is a Swedish singer and actress. Nyberg was discovered at twelve years of age in the radio show Skansenkväll and made her album debut the same year with the music album Sommarnatt. Though her music was mostly Christian music she became a teen idol during her fame years in the 1950s. She recorded 10 single and EP records. Her most notable song is Aftonklockor, released in 1956. Ingeborg Nyberg acted in several film, amongst them the film Sjutton år (1957). In it she acted with actor Tage Severin. Nyberg was married to Bengt Åslund between 1965–1976, and in 1989 she married Leif Roos. Since 1986 she lived in Myresjö in Jönköping. (Wikipedia)
Known For
The sisters Britta and Ellinor live with their grandfather, music professor Libergius, teacher and leader of the city's orchestra association. In the city there is also a youthful jazz band - to the professor's horror.

It's summertime. The students Allan and Erik returns to their home town. 19-year old Allan is in love with 17-year old Anna-Lena. She rejects his clumsy attempts of telling her, but that's because she is uncertain of her own feelings. The Norwegian singer Lydia Hennert has an accident with her car and she is slightly injured. Allan's father is a doctor and Lydia spends a few days with them. Allan falls in love with her instead, she is a "real" woman and not a girl. But this makes Anna-Lena jealous.

Teacher Rundqvist who works in a school in a small town in Scania is old fashioned but loved by his pupils. When a younger teacher with new ideas of teaching starts at the school Rundqvist's methods are questioned.

Ingeborg Nyberg makes a dream trip to Italy to study singing. She drives from Stockholm in her own car. She passes Helsingborg, Helsingør and Hamburg and continues through Holland and Belgium to finally reach Italy and the final destination Milan via Paris and Nice in France. There she takes singing lessons and absorbs the country's culture.
