Biography
Lassaâd Ben Abdallah, born in 1958 in Tunis, is a Tunisian theater director. He founded the company Cith'art in 1987, upon graduation from theatrical studies at the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts. Between 1988 and 2000, he staged several plays, such as Nwakez, Taqacim, Flouss El Guez, Zarkoun Story, Ritsi and Koussouf. In 2001, he wrote and directed a multidisciplinary "show-event", touring throughout Tunisia and the Maghreb, El Mansiet (Les Oubliées); he mixes music, song, dance and theater.
