As a heat wave brings a Marseille neighborhood to a boil, three roommates gleefully meddle in the lives of their neighbors from their balcony. Until a late night drink turns into a bloody affair.

Agathe, 39, has but one obsession: to have a child. She finds her ex, Marc-Antoine, a DJ, mixing techno in Marseille. As she tries to talk to him into getting back together, plastic bags come to life and attack the city.

13-year-old Yùl has come along with his big brother, Dino, to clinch a bad deal with Mike, a thug with a car and a fearsome dog. When the situation starts to turn sour, a weird snake appears by Yùl's side.

While travelling monotonously on the backseat of mom's car, a little girl suddenly has some strange experiences...
