Born December 1976 in Shanghai, China. Luo Dong is known for Balzac and the Little Chinese Seamstress (2002), Shanghai Trance (2008) and An Yang Jie (2018). After working in the film industry for 15 years, he decided to direct his debut film "New York, New York".
