The story follows Thanh Trúc, a girl who has passion for fashion designing but also encounters hardships in life and love.

In an attempt to break into the Saigon fashion scene, an emerging model becomes the mistress of a famous photographer.

The story is part travelogue, part romance, and part coming of age adventure set in the vibrant industrializing backdrop of Saigon, Vietnam.
