Londyńczycy is a Polish TV drama series about Polish immigrants in London, aired on TVP 1 since late 2008. It is currently aired on Community Channel. The title music for the series is the Robbie Williams song "Supreme".
The dark world of crime: murders, racketeering, drugs, kidnappings. There are no rules here. Working in this world makes cops cynical and ruthless. There is a fine line between them and criminals - will any of them cross it? The main characters are officers from the Department for Counteracting Criminal Terror and Homicides. The action of the series is an extension of the threads that appear in the feature film. It presents in a realistic way the brutal and dark world of crime that officers encounter on a daily basis. They're not just tracking down murderers. They fight racketeering, kidnapping, drug trafficking while struggling with their own day to day life and problems.

Juliusz Słowacki’s drama “Balladyna” is one of the author’s most recognizable works. The television production was directed by Wojciech Adamczyk. The play, written in 1834, arose from a fascination with Slavic culture, and its plot was inspired by Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” and “Macbeth.” In his interpretation, Wojciech Adamczyk eschews the ludic elements, giving the story a darker character. The conflict centers on the relationship between two strong female characters: Balladyna and Goplana. Filled with lust, crime, and blood, it’s a story that rivals the emotional depth and richness of Game of Thrones or The Witcher. The world Słowacki describes is dark and dense with passion. The exotic landscape of European pagan mythologies is combined with early Christian aesthetics. Viewers accustomed to “school-style” interpretations of the play will be surprised by the poignantly contemporary vision of human fate in an original approach.

Just before the proclamation of martial law a group of young solidarity activists decide to play va banque and organize a rash action to take out 80 million of the union money from one of the Wroclaw’s banks before the account is blocked. Security service officers follow their steps. It’s the beginning of a gripping tournament in which also priests and curb dealers will play their parts. Each side has aces up their sleeve.

These people, although they do not know each other, once witnessed a certain accident that left its mark on them. On each different, but still... The first couple: Maciek and Lena. He was involved in a car accident. He was traveling with his lover at the time. Now he is confined to a wheelchair. He suspects his wife of infidelity. His obsession, harassment and aggression ruin their lives. Couple two: Kasia has found the man she wants to spend her life with. When the boyfriend confesses to her that until recently he was a woman, she can't explain it to herself. Couples three, four, five, six and seven also have their own dramas, secrets.
