Takeshi Hongo is a promising young man with a passion for motorcycle racing. However, his dreams are suddenly ruined when he gets kidnapped by Shocker, the evil secret organization planning to dominate the world. After being remodeled into a cyborg, Takeshi escapes and swears to protect the world from the inhuman monsters.

Four girls take part in illegal underground fighting event "Girl's Blood" held at an abandoned school building in Roppongi every night. The girls have their own stories and quirks from their private lives. Satsuki (Yuria Haga) suffers from a gender identity disorder, Chinatsu (Asami Tada) ran away from an abusive husband, Miko (Ayame Misaki) is a S&M queen and Mayu (Rina Koike) has a Lolita face.

To promote the film, Toei is releasing a series of online shorts titled Kamen Rider Wizard in Magica Land (ネット版 仮面ライダーウィザード イン マジか!?ランド, Netto-ban Kamen Raidā Wizādo In Maji ka!? Rando, (マジか!?, Maji ka!?) means "Really!?"), featuring several unbelievable stories. The Kamen Rider Cops (仮面ライダー刑事（デカ）, Kamen Raidā Deka) films feature past Kamen Riders as part of Rinko's police force. The Kamen Rider Mage (仮面ライダーメイジ, Kamen Raidā Meiji) films feature Shunpei as the hero. The Search for Magic Riders! (魔法ライダーを探せ！, Mahō Raidā o Sagase!) looks at past mystically-themed Kamen Riders. The Koyomi's Room: Premium (コヨミの部屋・プレミアム, Koyomi no Heya Puremiamu) films show Koyomi's various interests outside of helping Haruto.

A rainbow-colored tornado takes Haruto and Koyomi to an alternate reality called "Magic Land". There, its residents never developed science. Instead they put extensive research on magic. Years later, the 5 member band Daidarabotchi decides to do a live performance. The group was formed by Hajime. A week before their live performance, their vocalist suddenly quits.
