Yana Nirvana is an American actress, writer and comedian. She is an alumna of the famous Los Angeles comedy troupe The Groundlings and was active in film and television throughout the 1970s and 1980s. Beyond standard acting roles, she was known for her background in dance, performance art and fitness culture.
