The Five Brothers follows the Juthathep brothers in the 1960s, raised by their grandmothers after their parents’ tragic death. Born into nobility, they are expected to embody honor, protect the weak, and—most importantly—marry well. But their lives become more complicated when a sacred promise binds one of them to marry a lady of the Dhevaprom family, and breaking it would bring great dishonor.

This is a story about a group of spirit mediums that help relay messages from the other side to help others.

Sui is a plain office girl, who is clumsy, unattractive, and fantasizes about her co-worker, Khun Rangsit. Sui lives with her mother, grandma, and sister, along with Sui's ex-boyfriend, Pong. Even though Pong and Sui do not date anymore, Pong still stays with Sui because he loves her dearly and wants Sui to be happy but she does not realize it. Sui is unhappy about her image and wishes to be someone else. One day, Sui meets an old man in the elevator and through magic her wish gets granted. She can be whoever she wishes to be. It's like a dream come true. Her first wish was to be like Rose, who is a strong working woman and whose lover is Rangsit, a perfect business man by every girls' definition. Sui becomes Rose while Rose become Sui. After some mishaps, Sui realizes that Rose's life is not so perfect after all and does not want to be Rose anymore.

Awatsaya (Anne) is a fierce boss who secretly falls in love with her new young subordinate, Pranont (Mark). Because she needs to maintain her image as a professional and boss she conceals this secret. In order to get to know him better and court him, she uses an online chat program, MSN, using the alias ‘Khun Ab Ruk (Secret Love).' Their relationship starts to bloom, but is cut short when Awatsaya carelessly reveals her secret to the handsome and cunning Managing Director of the company Lipda (Peter). When Lipda learns of this secret, he tries to help Awatsaya move forward with Pranont. However, he ends up making everything even more troublesome when he secretly falls in love with Awatsaya. The love triangle between Awatsaya, Pranont, and Lipda is unable to end easily when another obstacle like Prip-Praao (Kim) comes into the picture and pretends to be ‘Khun Ab Ruk.'

Pathapee, the owner of Thararin Resort, is confronted with Cha-em, a cunning girl who plans to make trouble in his resort. Cha-em is on a mission to destroy Pathapee's resort because Pathapee had hurt Cha-em's parents in the past. They quarrel and conspire behind each other's backs to win the upper hand against the other's resort.
