This Is the Life is an American Christian television dramatic series. This anthology series aired in syndication from the 1950s through the 1980s. The series was originally produced by the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod, and distributed by the International Lutheran Laymen's League. It spun off from an earlier series called The Fisher Family, with Nelson Leigh as Pastor Martin being the transitional character and in the same suburban town setting.

A crazed teacher at a respectable girls' school draws power from a medallion she has obtained from the Carpathian Mountains, and uses it to experiment telepathically on the school's newest young pupil.

U.S. Marshal Rocky Lane arrives to help his friend Nugget whose shipments are being robbed. Learning the gang only goes for incoming shipments, he figures they are repacking the loot and having Nugget ship it out. So he hijacks the next outgoing shipment finding a box labeled tools contains gold bars. Then posing as an outlaw he makes a deal with the gang hoping to round them up. But the boss learns he is a Marshal and he is made a prisoner.

A greedy rancher is charging excessive prices for access to the area's only water supply, extorting the smaller ranchers in the area. A water diviner teams up with a cattle buyer to force the villain to share the water with his neighbors.
