Paul, a preoccupied 15-year old, tries to be helpful by cooking the family dinner, but nearly blows the place up instead. When his hippie parents tell him to see a shrink Paul goes into a tailspin of self-doubt, but pulls out of it, his self-confidence restored, thanks to a burglar, a pot plant, and quick thinking.
When a disillusioned New Yorker's father dies, he goes home to Cape Cod and prepares the house for sale while sharing it with his father's temperamental live-in boyfriend. Grieving, they circle each other, butt heads, and negotiate how to remember the man they both loved, and the significance of what he left behind.
This quick documentary about two brothers in Brooklyn who make artisanal water takes humorous aim at the artisanal food movement (Beards. Aprons. Old-timey stuff!).
