The American professional wrestling promotion WWE has been broadcasting PPV events since the 1980s, when its classic "Big Four" events (Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, SummerSlam, and Survivor Series) were first established with the company's very first PPV being WrestleMania in 1985. WrestleMania 35 is the thirty-fifth annual WrestleMania professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event and WWE Network event produced by WWE for their Raw, SmackDown, and 205 Live brands. It took place on April 7, 2019 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The event featured the first-ever women's main event match in the show's history.

The 2026 Double or Nothing was a professional wrestling pay-per-view produced by All Elite Wrestling (AEW) that took place on May 24, 2026, at Louis Armstrong Stadium in New York City, New York, USA. It featured the first quarter-final matches of the 2026 Owen Hart Foundation Tournaments for both the men and women, as well as the long-anticipated AEW International Championship match between Don Callis Family members Kazuchika Okada (c) and Konosuke Takeshita. AEW: Worlds End was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by All Elite Wrestling (AEW). It took place on Saturday, December 30, 2023, at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, New York on Long Island, marking the company's first PPV to be held in the state of New York. The event featured the final of the inaugural Continental Classic to crown the inaugural AEW Continental Champion, and subsequently, AEW's first "American Triple Crown Champion."
