"Eat the Schoolgirl" concerns two young adults who made a dirty work for a yakuza gang by making sadistic rape/snuff films. Both of them are sexually obsessed; one is addicted to telephone sex whilst the other can only function sexually, whilst seeing mutilated female corpses.

Misa's father, the Minowa clan leader, was killed by assassins from the rival organisation Shinsui Rengo. She decides to live her life as a yakuza and together with her boyfriend Ryuji, she is building up the gang. However, the betrayal of the acting chairman, Izawa, who was a close associate of her father, is discovered. A takeover in collusion with the Shinsui Union is taking place behind the scenes.

Low-caste former samurai Hanayama Daikichi and his gambler friend Hanji of Yaizu, come to a once peaceful post town of Kofu. A town now filled with gamblers, prostitutes, and unscrupulous opportunists, all drawn by the smell of blood and the scent of newly-mined gold. Daikichi brings a little girl whose father has been butchered by yakuza assassins, hoping to find her family. Intrigue and violence follow the group as they must ward off a deadly female spy and a mysterious ronin with a violent past. Tension mounts as all these forces come together to unravel a secret which will unleash a wave of violence that could destroy them all.

To celebrate his 30th acting anniversary, Kōji Matoba stars as Seiji Oda, the fiercest member of Tendokai, who joins the organization under Kazuma Washio (Hitoshi Ozawa). In 2011, Tendokai dominates Kanto, while the rising Santōkai threatens them. Meanwhile, in Yokohama, Seiji Oda forms a rogue group, Oda Dōshi-kai, and violently protects his turf, clashing with Jinseikai. As Tendokai's Vice-Head Ryuji Kondo retires, Keiji Oda (Seiji's brother) is tasked with calming the tensions between the two groups, leading to a reunion between the Oda brothers.
