Biography
Peter Dourountzis (born in 1979 in Paris) is a French director and screenwriter. He graduated from the ESRA film school in 2002 after fifteen years at the social SAMU. His first feature was Vaurien (2020), a thriller about a homeless man who's willing to take any job. His second and latest film is Rapaces (2025) with Sami Bouajila, Mallory Wanecque and Jean-Pierre Darroussin, which he wrote and directed.

Samuel, a journalist, and Ava, his intern and daughter, cover the murder of a young girl for their magazine. Through their investigation, they discover disturbing similarities with the murder of another woman.
