What happens when two very different former elementary school classmates meet again as adults and decide to swap genetic codes to improve their lives? Between clumsy scientific experiments and DNA hacking with disastrous effects, the two will prove to be decidedly unsuited to these new lives...

Alex and Dino are two enstablished plastic surgeons used to change their patients' physical aspect with a few cuts of scalpel. Leo and Cosimo are two clumsy cops on the trails of a powerful and dangerous boss of which no one knows the face. All these five characters will stumble upon each other's life, in a comedy full of misunderstandings, twists and laughs, where, in the end, everyone will try to save his own "face".

Two customs officers undercover, Marshal Remo Signorelli and Brigadier Riccardo Riva, try to stop Massimiliano Grilli, a master of evasion. On one occasion, Remo meets his old friend Fulvio who suspected he had an affair with his then girlfriend and now wife.
