Fish Police is a comic book series by cartoonist Steve Moncuse. The plot centers on law and crime in a fictional underwater metropolis with the protagonist, Inspector Gill, trying to solve various, often Mafia-related, crimes while avoiding being seduced by the buxom Angel Jones. The comic featured several marine species as its characters, while the plots and dialogue were reminiscent of film noir. Original Fish Police stories were published from 1985 to 1991, and featured the early work of Sam Kieth as inker.

Nothing's as much fun as making new friends! So Sky Wishes and Star Catcher want everyone in Ponyville and Butterfly Island to meet and get to know each other. But there's a problem. Pegasus ponies are very, very shy! Sky Wishes and Star Catcher decide the only way to bring their friends together is to have a high-flying party with fun games, music and even a mile high sundae!

Three different stories focusing on the new characters exclusively released in the special: Lily Lightly, Storybelle, Star Flight, Heart Bright and lastly, Puzzlemint.

This entertaining tale features Elefun on an adventure to untangle a kite string, which ultimately leads him to the true meaning of friendship.
