Biography
Nuno is a Portuguese filmmaker, born and raised in sunny Lisboa. His short films Doce Lar (2014), California (2018), and Salto (2020) have screened in several international film festivals and collected numerous awards. Nuno has participated in La Résidence du Festival de Cannes, the Locarno Filmmakers Academy, and the Series Mania Institute Eureka Series program. He is currently working on his first feature film, a new short and developing several projects for TV as a creator, writer and director. Monstro, set to premiere in 2026, is his latest short film.
