Birds of a Feather is a British sitcom that was broadcast on BBC One from 1989 until 1998 and on ITV from 2013. Starring Pauline Quirke, Linda Robson and Lesley Joseph, it was created by Laurence Marks and Maurice Gran, who also wrote some of the episodes along with many other writers. The first episode sees sisters Tracey Stubbs and Sharon Theodopolopodos brought together when their husbands are sent to prison for armed robbery. Sharon, who lived in an Edmonton council flat, moves into Tracey's expensive house in Chigwell, Essex. Their next-door neighbour, and later friend, Dorien Green is a middle-aged married woman who is constantly having affairs with younger men. In the later series the location is changed to Hainault. The series ended on Christmas Eve 1998 after a 9-year-run.

Nick (19) is on his gap year, but doesn't get much further than the sofa or job centre, Janey is as sharp as a tack and 16 going on 25, while Michael is a very bright, computer-nerdish 12 year old who is just discovering girls.

Davy Kotowski is a petty officer aboard submarine HMS Wolverine. Following a rigged arm-wrestling contest, half the crew are in slings. Kotowski is then brought before the Captain, Alec McCleod for the ninth time. He is sentenced to denial of shore leave and 20 hours laundry duty, most of which he delegates to his bunkmate Chris Cheese. Kotowski then plots his revenge on Lionel Pinner and Cheese ends up having a £100 grudge darts match with Pinner on Kotowski's behalf. Meanwhile McCleod's watch has gone missing.

The Crystal Cube was a spoof science program, based on shows such as Tomorrow's World. The show was hosted by Jackie Meld (Dame Emma Thompson).

Tales from the Poop Deck is a CITV children's comedy programme about Connie Blackheart's adventures as a pirate, and her battles with Admiral De'Ath. It is set in the 18th century. Premiering in April 1992 with 25-minute episodes, it was cancelled later that same year.
