The American professional wrestling promotion WWE has been broadcasting PPV events since the 1980s, when its classic "Big Four" events (Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, SummerSlam, and Survivor Series) were first established with the company's very first PPV being WrestleMania in 1985. Genesis (2014) was a special episode of Impact Wrestling and the ninth edition of Genesis professional wrestling event produced by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), which took place on January 16, 2014 at the Von Braun Center in Huntsville, Alabama. The card was split between both the January 16 and the January 23 broadcasts of Impact Wrestling on Spike TV.

One Night Only: Turning Point was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), where TNA held a series of matches featuring various TNA wrestlers. The show was taped on September 5, 2014, at the John Paul Jones Arena in Charlottesville, VA, and Aired on PPV on January 9, 2015.

Sacrifice was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by the Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). It took place on April 27, 2014 at the Impact Zone in Orlando, Florida. It was the ninth event under the Sacrifice chronology and the second event in the TNA 2014 pay-per-view schedule. The theme of the PPV was that most of the matches contested under hardcore or special rules. Eight matches were featured on the card were There was three main events: Eric Young defeating Magnus to retain the TNA World Heavyweight Championship, Gunner defeating James Storm in "I Quit" match and Bobby Roode defeating Bully Ray in a Tables match.

It was made up of tag team matches in which the partners were randomly drawn in a lottery and teams had to work together to advance to the main event Battle Royal, with the grand prize of US$100,000. It took place on January 12, 2013, from the Impact Wrestling Zone in Orlando, Florida and Aired on PPV on May 3, 2013.

Against All Odds (2012) was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by the Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) promotion, that took place on February 12, 2012 at the Impact Wrestling Zone in Orlando, Florida. It is the eighth event under the Against All Odds chronology and the second event in the 2012 TNA PPV schedule.
