Biography
Benjamin Kračun (/ˈkrɑːkən/; born May 1981) is a Scottish cinematographer. He is best known for his work on Emerald Fennell's revenge thriller Promising Young Woman (2020) and Coralie Fargeat's body horror film The Substance (2024), the latter of which earned him the European Film Award for Best Cinematographer. He is a fully accredited member of the British Society of Cinematographers. In June 2023, Kračun was invited to join the Cinematographers branch of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
