Biography
Lara Taillon is a Canadian Actress,Singer, Dancer, writer and producer originally from Saskatchewan, Canada. She grew up in the small city of Estevan. Her father was an accountant, her mother a stay at home mom, and she has one older brother. Lara danced all her life (ballet, tap, jazz) and taught/choreographed for many years before and after starting a career in Acting. After graduating high school, Lara attended college to pursue a career in physical training and development before auditioning and attaining a role in "Prairie Lilies" by Ron Ror. After her first year, she left college to pursue a career in film and theatre. She has toured Canada in many stage plays, musicals and bands as well as teaching voice, piano, dance and drama through most of the prairies. In film and television, Lara has shot from Vancouver to Los Angeles in features like Neil Johnson's "STARSHIP: Rising" and it's sequel, as well as television shows like "Corner Gas" and "Model Citizen" with Angie Everhart. As of 2012, Lara resides in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and Los Angeles, California.
