Taiyo Sentai Sun Vulcan is the fifth season in Toei Company's Super Sentai tokusatsu television series. It was broadcast from February 7, 1981, to January 30, 1982, and is the only Super Sentai series to serve as a direct sequel to its previous series and the only all-male Super Sentai team. Its international English title as listed by Toei is simply Sun Vulcan. This was the last Sentai season to be co-produced with Marvel Comics.

The Sorcerers Clan, led by the centuries-old Org Ninja Dokusai, has made its move to retrieve the treasured map of Pako that has been in possession by the Yamaji family for generations. Tetsuzan Yamaji, the 34th grandmaster of the Togakure Ryu Ninpo, entrust his son and daughter, Toha and Mei, to protect the Pako from the forces of the Sorcerers Clan. By donning the Jiraiya Suit inherited from his father, Toha becomes Jiraya, Master of the Togakure School, who must face against the evil Sorcerers Clan, as well as numerous ninjas from different parts of the world.

Space Sheriff Shaider was a tokusatsu television show that aired on from 1984 to 1985. It is the last of the Space Sheriff Series, the previous two being Space Sheriff Gavan and Space Sheriff Sharivan. Action footage from Shaider was used for Season 2 of VR Troopers. For distribution purposes, Toei refers to this television series as Space Captain Sheider.

Combat Mecha Xabungle, infrequently called Blue Gale Xabungle, is a mecha anime television series by Sunrise, and directed by Yoshiyuki Tomino. Meanwhile, Tsukasa Kadoya becomes the Great Leader of Dai-Shocker once again and recruits past enemies of the Kamen Riders to take down the Super Sentai teams.

The Underground Empire Badan makes its move, intending to invert the world. Kouta and Mai are pulled through one of these inversions where the discover a boy named Shu, who also holds the power to invert the world. As the Riders fight to protect Shu, Fifteen appears again, seeking Shu. As Kouta flees, past Riders gather and fight one another, split between the Showa and Heisei era Riders. But, the truth of Badan is not as it seems…

The film opens on Dino Earth fifteen years ago with a village elder telling the story of how Princess Freezia sealed away a pair of evil Bakuryuu with the Holy Sword, encasing them in ice. If the evil creatures are ever released from their prison, the world will end in a grip of fear "encased in white".

Space Squad: Space Sheriff Gavan VS Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger features the return of Yuma Ishigaki from 2012’s Space Sheriff Gavan: The Movie and the 2015 Space Sheriff Next Generation films. The first part is the Kamen Rider Fourze’s place five years after the events of the series. Gentaro is now a teacher at Amanogawa High as well as the Space Kamen Rider Club’s new academic advisor. However, a new school club called the Monster League, comprised by a group of psychic children led by Saburo Kazeta, which is supported by a mysterious man named Kageto Banba. The second part is Kamen Rider Wizard’s portion, where Haruto enters the Underworld of an unknown Gate to investigate the mysterious occurrings of monster appearances. He then runs into a young woman named Yu Kamimura who can become Belle Mask Poitrine and can use magic like him. The third and final part of the film is Movie War Ultimatum. The three Akumaizer from the Underworld to plan to invade the land of the living. Kamen Riders Wizard and Fourze must fight to stop the Akumaizer and their Monster Army.
