The Magic Hour is an American talk show hosted by basketball player Earvin "Magic" Johnson. The series aired in syndication from June to September 1998.

This set gives you a chance to see some of today's best comedians when they were much younger. some peoples bits are very short, one joke short, which leaves you feeling a little jipped. The replay value is minimal because you have to skip around so much to keep the laughs going.

"A Carlton New Year" was the name of a live entertainment special broadcast by Carlton Television on January 1, 1993, to celebrate the station's launch in London. It featured performances by Take That and Paul McCartney, comedy, impressions, and a trained flea circus. The show was presented by Chris Tarrant and broadcast live from Trafalgar Square.

After his wife kicks him out, a self-centered computer analyst moves into the retirement home of the only person he hasn't pissed off, his wife's grandma. As he starts learning how to play well with others, he uncovers a sinister enterprise, forcing him to try and save his marriage and his new friends without getting himself killed.
