A funny story about three female friends. Karen is the smart and fashionable one among the three. Love is the cousin of Karen. She works in the cosmetics section of a department store, and dreams of becoming a beauty queen someday. Yolly is the businesswoman of the group. She is into the buy and sell business. The story runs when Love joins a beauty contest, where they find out that her roommate, Greta, is the new girlfriend of Karen's philandering boyfriend, Artie, and is also the god brother of Yolly's policeman boyfriend, SPO Pablito, who dumped her. Karen, Love and Yolly tire out all their efforts for Love to win the contest and teach their ex-boyfriends a valuable lesson.

Mabel Domingo (Kris Aquino), the owner of a high-class, but creepy, antique shop, only wants herself and her mother to move on from the tragic past of losing her sister as she carries the guilt of causing her death. She meets Ivan Galvez (Dingdong Dantes), a rich and successful architect who only wants to find the perfect wife and mother for his young daughter Angel to finally have a complete and happy family after his ex-wife left for him for another man.

Anna is given the power to grant any person's wish after placing her hands on the wish maker. She decides to use it to grant the dreams of her neighbours, but every intention given gradually backfires.

Cynical filmmakers plan on producing a bleak, independent film dealing with poverty and prostitution in the hopes of scoring free travel to international film festivals.

Dondi is a nerd and an obedient nephew to his aunt Cora who makes decisions for him. Meanwhile, Anna is a stubborn and rebellious girl who seeks the attention of her father Vito. Dondi and Anna cross path and their different personalities collide. They eventually fall in love with each other and solve their own problems. Vito and Cora are bitter business competitors and because of their rivalry, they disapproved the romantic relationship between Dondi and Anna.

A motley gang of characters that includes a movie star, a reporter, a congressman, a hairdresser, a jilted, suicidal lesbian and a gold-digging playgirl all end up in the same seedy motel on one very strange night.
