Rimrock Jones is the toughest and most likeable prospector in a thriving Arizona copper camp. Having already been cheated out of several valuable copper strikes, Rimrock nonetheless forges ahead optimistically, hoping to strike it rich just once more. This drama had two directors: Maurice Elvey handled most of the film, but the fantasy sequence was directed by Henry Otto. Newlyweds Alice and Robert are already having differences over money. He gets angry at her extravagances, especially when she spends more than they can afford on an imitation pearl necklace. Ridgeway, a client of Robert's, invites the couple to a party. Robert wants to decline, but Alice insists that they go. Ridgeway loans Alice a real pearl necklace, to "restore their lustre," and everyone heads for his yacht. Ridgeway pays Alice a lot of attention, while a young widow tries to vamp Robert.

He kisses her twice and declares that if he kisses her a third time it will mean that he plans to keep her. Rupert is rejected by Missy and repents. Cloyne rescues Missy from a fire and gives her a third kiss that signifies their mutual love.

A criminal mastermind uses a "death ray" machine to bring down government airplanes. Police dog, Silverstreak, aids in capturing the insane inventor of the machine. Masked aviator Pilot X is part of the "Air Hawks" gang who threaten the Baker Aircraft Company. Pilot X's actions are focused on stealing Baker's Aerometer, a revolutionary navigational instrument. World-famous aviatrix, Fawn Nesbitt, aids in combatting the attacks on Baker's aircraft.

Sonya, a Marseilles Cafe performer involved with a pack of thieves is rescued from her criminal life by a police official who sends her lover and partner in a knife-throwing act to jail and then tries to seduce her. Not submitting to the official's advances, she falls in love with an Apache dancer in Paris and works with him, holding her other admirer at a distance. The official is mysteriously killed, presumably by her lover, it then falls to Sonya to find the real felon.

Charles Murdock neglects his fat and lazy wife for another woman; When his other love interest becomes involved in a murder, he leaves for Paris.

John Trimble has embezzled and obtains another identity by having a mutilated body buried in his place. He is later arrested for murdering himself. During the trial his mother, before dying from shock, asks him to keep his identity secret since his wife is now married to the Governor and expecting a child.

Aware of Harry's questionable reputation with women, John panics, but by the time he arrives at Harry's apartment, Kitty has disappeared. Following a series of incidents in which the widow, her suitor Teddy Sylvester, Travers, and the Constables are discovered in compromising situations that actually are innocent, John realizes that he far prefers Kitty to the widow and again becomes a loving husband.

After overcoming misunderstandings and an attempt to return to her father, Peg finds happiness, love, and acceptance, with the story highlighting the superiority of her honest nature over aristocratic snobbery.

Wilbur is insanely jealous of every man and believes that his wife, Carmelita, is being unfaithful. Billy, his landlord, offers to take out Carmelita to a cafe and have Wilbur follow them to test his wife's fidelity.
