Fifth Avenue socialite Irene Bullock needs a "forgotten man" to win a scavenger hunt, and no one is more forgotten than Godfrey Park, who resides in a dump by the East River. A young girl named Burma attends a beach party with her boyfriend and after she smokes marijuana with a bunch of other girls, she gets pregnant and another girl drowns while skinny dipping in the ocean. Burma and her boyfriend go to work for the pusher in order to make money so they can get married. However, during a drug deal her boyfriend is killed leaving Burma to fend for herself. Burma then becomes a major narcotics pusher in her own right after giving up her baby for adoption.

An expedition arrives on an uncharted jungle island to rescue the local natives, led by a jungle boy, from a volcano that is about to erupt.

Set in colonial times, the stooges are convicted criminals who are banished from England to the American colonies. When they arrive, they find that the colonists are starving because the local Indians won't let them on their hunting grounds. The stooges go hunting any, and after a wild chase, are captured by the Indians. They escape and another wild chase ensues.

Hank Davis kills Jack Lewis to get his gold mine. Bruce Conway brings him in but then realizes Davis is the only one that knows where the mine is. Bruce and his pal Whitey rescue Davis from the lynch mob only to have Davis' gang catch them and leave them in the desert to die.

Ace Beldon is in prison, but with his stolen bonds not recovered, Capt. Saunders has an idea. He sends Graham to prison and has him and Beldon break out. With Ranger Raymond assisting, they make their escape and get to the hangout run by Stone. But the plan starts to go awry when Sam overhears Graham talking with the Captain and reports back to Stone.

A cowboy hears rumors that an old friend who once headed a criminal gang and had since gone straight is now back on the wrong side of the law. He goes to investigate.

The Stooges find a crippled boy and his sister living in their dumpyard shack. To raise money to pay for the little boys operation they buy a phony treasure map from a con man. Thinking the treasure is buried beneath an old house, the boys start digging and wind up in a US treasury vault where they are promptly arrested. The president (FDR) gives them amnesty and arranges for the boy's operation.

As a ploy to sign a championship college boxer to a contract, Big Boy enrolls in the college the youth is attending.
