Life doesn't change much for this family unit, Pa goes to his job at the meat shop, Ma works her dead end job and lately Wilberforce has been staying at home because he is sick. However, when Wilberforce suggests eating Pa for dinner ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE.

Magus(re)Genesis is a collaborative film and music performance piece by filmmaker, Jaimz Asmundson and musician, Jeremy Pillipow. The performance deconstructs their two previous film collaborations (Drawing Genesis and The Magus) into an improvised, live multi-channel, full-dimensional experience.

This documentary tells the story of a young man’s struggle to balance his African traditions and new Canadian home. Arinze Eze was born in Canada and raised in Nigeria. An engineer by trade, he returned to his birthplace after 20 years. There, he starts a new career in the arts and falls in love with Canadian woman. All is well until his parents come for a visit. How will they react to this new life?

This comic documentary is comprised of found audio of concerned citizens rallying to prevent the nuisance of new trees scheduled to be planted on their block in the 1980s.

Three giant Chihuahuas, from outer space, travel towards the Earth to take over the earth. Kyle Lemke, the survivor of their last attack, goes to see a psychiatrist for the trauma he has suffered. The Shrink, who is in league with the Chihuahuas, hypnotizes Kyle to thinking the best thing for him is to go on a vacation. Kyle decides to go to the beach. He gathers up his friends and they head for the beach. Disguised as three girls, the Chihuahuas intercept the boys on the way there and join them for the party. At the beach, the girls shed their disguises and return to their giant Chihuahua forms, and they attack the boys. Traumatized, the boys walk back to the city, where they are safe, for now.

Structured around the recollection of a premonitory dream, fragmented memories from the period leading up to the death of the filmmaker’s mother were projected on to natural textures and surfaces, re-photographed, composited and processed until the memories became abstracted representations of the evolution, degradation and disintegration of memory and the physical self.

The Magus is a multi-format, process-based experimental film that explores the root of artistic creation. The film documents visual artist, C. Graham Asmundson's body of work over a rigorous six-month period.
