Instead of a pleasant getaway in a rented country house, four women — a grandmother, a mother, a 15-year-old granddaughter, and an elderly housekeeper — are faced with a night full of doubts and suspicions after suddenly discovering the body of a man in one of the rooms on the ground floor. Is it a corpse or not? That’s the question! And will one of them have to take the blame for something none of them actually did? The closer it gets to morning, the more unexpected the twist — almost like in one of those foreign detective films they watched on TV the night before.

He falls in love with her, and she reciprocates. But she disappears from his life forever, as if she never existed. This story repeats itself, albeit in reverse, with those involved in the film. And in the end, it's not she who disappears, but he. What remains as a lasting memory of this brief moment of happiness?
