Biography
Born in Hong Kong and raised in Hawaii by a single father and his half sister. Has lived in Paris, Rome, Bali, Toronto and Montreal. She is fluent in five languages including Cantonese and Bahasa. Her father raised her Catholic and her aunt raised her Buddhist. Has been writing and directing films since she was six years old. Inspired by Jean Cocteau, Ingmar Bergman and Michelangelo Antonioni. Her first film, "Trapped", won the student award at Loyola Marymount University. She is entering pre-production for "Manson Girls", her latest feature about the Summer of 69 through the perspective of the girls that committed the infamous Tate/LaBianca murders for Charles Manson. Susanna is the owner of SLOMotion Studios which handles commercial productions and international distribution for features.
