To promote the movie Kamen Rider × Super Sentai × Space Sheriff: Super Hero Taisen Z, Toei released a series of Internet clips under the collective title Kamen Rider × Super Sentai × Space Sheriff: Super Hero Taisen Otsu!: Heroo! Answers (ネット版 仮面ライダー× スーパー戦隊×宇宙刑事 スーパーヒーロー大戦乙!(おつ) ～Heroo!知恵袋～, Nettoban Kamen Raidā × Sūpā Sentai × Uchū Keiji: Supā Hīrō Taisen Otsu! ~Hīrō! Chiebukuro~). The net movies also featured characters from Tsuburaya Productions and Marvel Comics. Toei Tokusatsu BB and TV Asahi began distribution on April 12, 2013.

Rika Inaba is a beautiful and strong-headed director at the Teito Television Broadcasting Company. Ever since she was young, she had dreamed of becoming the best news reporter in the business, but on into her fifth year with the TV station, she finds to her dismay she's been transferred to a lighter fare, information program where she is assigned to report on the Japan Air Self-Defense Force. Beautiful, intelligent, and with a great memory, the talented woman judges situations and chooses the most appropriate course of action. To promote the film, Toei is releasing a series of online shorts titled Kamen Rider Wizard in Magica Land (ネット版 仮面ライダーウィザード イン マジか!?ランド, Netto-ban Kamen Raidā Wizādo In Maji ka!? Rando, (マジか!?, Maji ka!?) means "Really!?"), featuring several unbelievable stories. The Kamen Rider Cops (仮面ライダー刑事（デカ）, Kamen Raidā Deka) films feature past Kamen Riders as part of Rinko's police force. The Kamen Rider Mage (仮面ライダーメイジ, Kamen Raidā Meiji) films feature Shunpei as the hero. The Search for Magic Riders! (魔法ライダーを探せ！, Mahō Raidā o Sagase!) looks at past mystically-themed Kamen Riders. The Koyomi's Room: Premium (コヨミの部屋・プレミアム, Koyomi no Heya Puremiamu) films show Koyomi's various interests outside of helping Haruto.

Kamen Rider Ghost: Commemoration! Short Stories is a miniseries created to promote the film Kamen Rider Ghost: The 100 Eyecons and Ghost's Fateful Moment. It serves as a prequel to the movie.

A new evil organization known as Space Shocker, which are led by the magic-using Space Ikadevil and Space Spider Man, threatens the Earth by causing an unknown phenomenon. The Space Sheriffs Gavan type-G and Sharivan are sent to execute all magic-users on Earth in response to the threat and begins to attack Kamen Riders Wizard and Beast. The Space Crime Syndicate Madou, who were once defeated by the original Sharivan return, to cause even more havoc in the world. During this, Yoko finds a mysterious little robot called Psycholon, which Space Shocker and the Madou are after for unknown reasons.

Taking place 4 years after the events of the Uchu Sentai Kyuranger TV series, the universe is at peace. But that changes when Hammie (Chameleon Green) attacks the Rebellion and steals the newly developed Neo Kyutama! Fearing its possible misuse once it falls into the wrong hands, Space Federation President Tsurugi Ohtori (Houou Soldier) declares Hammie wanted all across the universe. Lucky (Shishi Red) and some of the Kyurangers believe in Hammie, fighting against Tsurugi's decision, causing a rift amongst the Kyurangers. And where do Space Sheriff Gavan and Space Sheriff Shaider fit onto all this?

The story is divided in three portions. The Kamen Rider Wizard portion, Kamen Rider Wizard: The Promised Place, taking place after the finale and defeating Amadum. The Kamen Rider Gaim's portion of the film is titled Kamen Rider Gaim: Sengoku Battle Royale!. A battle royale is being held exclusively for the Armored Riders in Zawame City. In the final portion of the film, titled Sengoku Movie Battle, Kamen Riders Wizard and Beast join Kamen Rider Gaim in the alternate world to stop Kamen Rider Bujin Gaim from acquiring the "ultimate power" he seeks.

Kamen Rider × Super Sentai × Space Sheriff Super Hero Taisen Z Released Memorial: Kamen Rider Wizard Special Event Z is a stage show based on the film Kamen Rider × Super Sentai × Space Sheriff: Super Hero Taisen Z.

The first part is the Kamen Rider Fourze’s place five years after the events of the series. Gentaro is now a teacher at Amanogawa High as well as the Space Kamen Rider Club’s new academic advisor. However, a new school club called the Monster League, comprised by a group of psychic children led by Saburo Kazeta, which is supported by a mysterious man named Kageto Banba. The second part is Kamen Rider Wizard’s portion, where Haruto enters the Underworld of an unknown Gate to investigate the mysterious occurrings of monster appearances. He then runs into a young woman named Yu Kamimura who can become Belle Mask Poitrine and can use magic like him. The third and final part of the film is Movie War Ultimatum. The three Akumaizer from the Underworld to plan to invade the land of the living. Kamen Riders Wizard and Fourze must fight to stop the Akumaizer and their Monster Army.
