Gloria is kidnapped and taken to a theater where she is told that she will have "the most exquisite moment of her life." She shares many sexual and intimate experiences on a stage in front of a small masked audience that grows increasingly aroused as the performance progresses.

Eddie always wanted to be a cop, but after repeated rejection from the police academy he finds himself able to be employed only as a night watchman. Unwilling to give up his dream of being a 'man in blue,' he outfits his car and begins wearing an LAPD uniform, using his power to assault and abuse prostitutes.
