In childhood, Agrado meets João Raul during a radio contest in the countryside of Goiás. Like her, the boy dreams of becoming a singer, and the two decide to perform together a song composed by Agrado. However, unforeseen events separate them and lead to a misunderstanding that keeps them apart for many years. João Raul, now a major country music star, uses his social media platforms to search for Agrado, “the girl from his past,” who, unlike him, is still struggling to establish herself in the music industry.
